Agreement dated December 11, 1902 between Sakinah, daughter of the late Karbalayi Husayn Muqanni [well-digger] and wife of the late Darvish Husayn, and Darvish Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Muhammad Husayn, selling parts of a building in the Aqa [or Aba] neighborhood for twelve tumans, and a settlement dated August 10, 1910 between Sakinah and her son, Darvish Husayn, exchanging all of her belongings, except her clothes, which belong to her daughter, for one hundred dinars and one charik of wheat.

Settlement bewteen [illegible] Khanum, mother of Aqa Muhammad Haji Khan and wife of Muhammad Karim Khan Sartip [the brigadier], and Aqa ‘Abbas, son of Haj Muhammad Mahdi Sultan, exchanging some described properties in Varnusfadiran village, one of the triple villages of Marbin in Isfahan, for five hundred and twenty-five tumans and one hundred dinars, with some Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Settlement between Haj Mirza ʻAli Akbar, son of Mirza Khurasani, executor of the will of the late Mirza Abu Talib [illegible] from Lahijan, on behalf of his inheritors including his underaged children and two wives, and Mirza Sayyid ʻAli, son of Sayyid Muhammad Yusuf [illegible], exchanging one half of the late Mirza Abu Talib's land for one hundred tumans paid annually for five years.

Settlement between Mirza Muhammad Hasan, the bookkeeper at Kashan's telegraph house, with the power of attorney from Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Mahmud, and Riza Quli Khan Ghaffari from Kashan, resident of Kalah village, who has the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam, daughter of ‘Abd Allah Khan Ghaffari from Kashan. Some share of a qanat and an orchard near and in Kalah village have been exchanged with some shares of a bakery shop in Kashan. The detriment fees for both parties has been determined.
